The sizes and measurements of our products correspond to Romanian standards. If you are used to German, Italian, English, French or international sizes: S-M-L-XL-XXL, etc., please refer to the Size Guide, where you will find their equivalent to the Romanian sizes. The jackets have a cardboard label on the sleeve and the trousers on the waistband with the equivalent sizes: Romanian, German, French, Italian and English.
To choose the right size, take the correct body measurements as indicated in the picture and the description of each size, then from the size table choose the size of the product you order.
Secuiana cannot be held responsible for the wrong size ordered by you, but we will exchange the product if you have ordered the wrong size. We try to present the colours on the website as accurately as possible, but please note that the colour shade you see depends on the technical characteristics of the monitor you are using, so there may be some difference in shade between the product you receive and the shade you see on your monitor.
The prices quoted on the website include VAT. The product will be delivered by courier with cash on delivery, the parcel must be paid for upon arrival. The delivery charge is 20.00 and 39.50 Lei depending on the area in which you are located. For orders over 400 Lei, delivery is free.
Secuiana products were tested by sample batch (“0” series) prior to manufacture, after which they were 100% inspected.
Tests are carried out for shrinkage during washing, color retention, tufting, so that the size does not shrink with washing. Durability tests are also carried out (wear resistance: seams, fabric tear or damage).

There are two categories of products with different delivery times:
Products in stock – they are in stock at SECUIANA in Târgu-Secuiesc. The preparation and delivery time including shipping is maximum 7 days.
Products on order – available in the Adam’s by Secuiana network of stores. After registering your order you will be contacted by e-mail ( besides automatic reply) to confirm whether the ordered products are in stock or not. Preparation and delivery time including shipping is approximately 2 weeks.
1) CASH ON DELIVERY (the value of the parcel is paid to the courier who delivers the package. The receipt will be issued by the courier with whom the parcel is sent).
2) Bank transfer (based on the proforma invoice sent electronically after placing the order, payment is made by bank transfer).
You will receive an automatic message to your e-mail address confirming that your order has been received and you will then be contacted by telephone or e-mail for final details.
3) Online card payment
You can pay using your debit/credit card, quickly and securely, using BTpay services.

According to Romanian legislation, the customer can return any of the ordered products within 10 working days from their receiving, in which case you will bear the shipping cost. The value of the returned products will be paid to you within 30 days of receipt by postal order or bank transfer when the account is specified.
In order not to be refused payment, the returned product must contain all the original labels, the hanger must not have been worn, must not be damaged and must be returned in the original packaging or suitable packaging that fully maintains the quality of the product.
The sender is liable for damage or loss of the product during shipping.
No cash-on-delivery parcels are accepted. Payment for transport is made by the sender. Before returning a product, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE department at 0267 361 599 or 0740109115.
Any product can be changed, in terms of size, color subject to stock availability at the time of the call. If in stock the replacement is made immediately after receiving the returned product. If it is not in stock, you can choose another color, or another item, with payment of any price difference and delivery charges.
Returns must be made to the SECUIANA office with the words ” ONLINE DEPOSIT” on the parcel. To facilitate the dialogue on the order, please provide your telephone number where you can be contacted by the CUSTOMER SERVICE department.
